Why this beats Reddit's own search

Self-promo rules, upfront

Each subreddit is tagged strict, moderate, or promo-friendly based on its actual rules and how the mods behave. You see which ones will pull your post before you spend time writing it.

Real subscriber counts

Subscriber counts come from our curated subreddit database, refreshed continuously. Sort by size to focus on where your audience actually is.

No dead subs in the list

We filter NSFW, banned, and inactive communities. What you see is the top 10 places where someone might genuinely want to hear about your product.

How it works

  1. 1

Paste your URL, or describe your niche

Drop in your homepage and we read it automatically. That's the more accurate option, since the AI sees your actual content instead of a one-line summary. Or just type something like "SaaS for marketers" or "indie game dev" if you don't have a site yet.

  2. 2

    Then we do the work

Under 10 seconds. We pull the keywords and audience signals out of what you gave us, ask the AI for candidate communities, then match them against our curated subreddit database. Dead and banned subs never make it through.

  3. 3

    Pick where to post

You get up to 10 ranked subreddits, each tagged with its self-promo rules. Open them on Reddit, or hand the list to Bazzly to scan for leads automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Is this Subreddit Finder really free?

Yes. No signup, no credit card. There's a light per-hour rate limit to keep the tool fast and abuse-free; for unlimited runs and ongoing monitoring, create a free Bazzly account.

Should I use my website URL or describe my niche?

Use your URL if you have one. It's more accurate because we read your homepage's title, description, and main content, so the AI gets the full picture instead of a one-line summary. The keyword field is for when you don't have a site yet, or when you want to scout a niche you're not actively in.

What do you do with my website URL?

We fetch your homepage once, pull out the title, description, and main content, and pass that to the AI. We don't store the URL, crawl other pages, or share it anywhere. Internal hostnames and private IPs are blocked.

How do you know which subreddits are strict about self-promotion?

Two sources. The first is Reddit's own rule listings, which we read directly. The second is what our customers actually run into: when a mod removes a post for promotion, we note it. A subreddit tagged "strict" is one where promotional posts get pulled most of the time.

Why does it take a few seconds?

Two things have to happen in sequence: we read your website, then we ask the AI for candidate communities and match them against our curated database. Neither is instant, so you'll see what we're doing at each step.

Can I just search Reddit directly?

You can, but Reddit's search matches keywords in subreddit names, not audiences. Search "fitness app" and you find r/FitnessApps. You won't find r/loseit or r/xxfitness, which is where your actual customers are. We reason about who your audience is, not just what you call your product.

What if a subreddit I expected isn't in the results?

Try being more specific. "Productivity app" and "app for ADHD adults who can't focus on anything" return very different lists, and the second list is usually more useful. You can also fill in both the URL and the keyword field at the same time; we combine them.

What is Bazzly?

Bazzly is a Reddit marketing tool. We watch subreddits for posts your product could actually help someone with, draft replies that don't read like ads, and handle the outreach. This Subreddit Finder runs on the same data Bazzly uses internally.
